Our teachers recognise that all behaviour is communication and consider the multiple influences that drive behaviour (e.g. developmental profile, trauma). Our teachers understand an individual’s context will inform effective responses to behaviour and take a holistic approach as a result. Every child or young person has a supportive relationship with a member of school staff (e.g. key worker).
