We draw upon the knowledge and skills of practitioners within the existing workforce (e.g. SENCo, mentors) to develop professional relationships that offer advice and support to strengthen SEND practice.

Reflective practice time

We schedule sufficient time for all relevant practitioners to engage in reflective practice discussions (e.g. time for teachers and teaching assistants to discuss planning, assessments and interventions).
