Needs-based CPD design

CPD is informed by needs within the setting and is responsive to its changing context and cohorts. Evidence from ongoing quality assurance monitoring (e.g. SEND focused audits, lesson observations, attainment and progress data, stakeholder surveys), informs the design and implementation of CPD.
