Regular Routine • Teachers use specific behaviour-related praise. • Teachers work with key stakeholders (e.g. parent carers, external professionals, children and young people) to provide a co-produced system of support for the individual. • Teachers are clear in the school behaviour policy and ensure it is consistently applied.

Classroom Management Strategies • Teachers use effective classroom management to reduce behaviours that challenge, disengagement, bullying and aggression. • Teachers engage in reflective practice to improve their classroom management and the strategies utilised to support individuals. • We use reward systems as part of a broader classroom management strategy.
