Consistency • Behaviour and relationship policies are clear and consistently applied across the setting . They include adaptations to ensure reasonable adjustments are applied where appropriate • Teachers work together with parent carers to support parity in approach between school/setting and home. • All staff receive training to recognise the ways in which pupils with SEND can be vulnerable to bullying and ensure systems are in place to monitor.

Targeted Approaches • Teachers are supported to design and implement personalised approaches for children and young people requiring adaptations to the whole school behaviour approach. • Teachers provide opportunities for children and young people to develop peer awareness and sensitivity towards differences, including SEND. • We ensure that children and young people with SEND have access to appropriate resources to support effective learning behaviours
