Comprehensive staff CPD

CPD programmes are developed for all staff (e.g. SENCOs, Teachers, Teaching Assistants), starting with induction. This ensures staff are equipped with SEND specific knowledge and skills required to effectively undertake their roles, at every stage within their professional journey.
